What is ARMHS ?

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a mental health service which assists participants in developing skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives. With these skills, individuals are able to develop and improve overall psychiatric stability and social competencies as well as independent living skills, parenting skills and communication skills while making personal and emotional adjustments as needed. 

What to expect ?

Our ARMHS Team consists of highly trained and educated mental health practitioners and rehabilitation workers. ARMHS workers assist their clients in moving towards and achieving their goals, while focusing on a mental health perspective. With that said, practitioners follow individualized treatment plan (ITP) tailored to each individual’s needs based on a person-centered treatment / service planning that is goal-oriented and recovery focused for each individual to reach their potential.

Who is eligible for ARMHS ?

  • Eligible clients must be 18 years old or older
  • Must reside within the 7 counties of the twin cities: Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Carver, or Washington county
  • Must have a primary diagnosis of a mental illness as determined by a Diagnostic Assessment
  • Anyone can make ARMHS referral including individuals who need the service
