Community Outreach

Parenting

We currently provide parenting support including but not limited to parenting education, virtual home visit, advocacy opportunities in health care, education, legal aid as well as resources and referral services tailored to individuals' needs.

Youth Programs

Our youth programs help the youth cope with their changing environment, connect them to mentors, provide homework help as well as extracurricular activities tailored to each child's interest.

Employment Services

We currently provide job resources and coaching support. Our employment team is preparing to further assist individuals navigate through job search sites, build resumes and being connected with local employers in the community.

Housing

Housing is a basic human right. We strive to provide proper resources and support system which enables individuals to move forward in an effort to secure the proper housing that fits their needs.

Health Literacy Outreach

According to Benjamin Franklin, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". With the mindset of preventing illnesses, the outreach program is designed to enhance the community's health literacy and promote a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to provide a monthly interactive multi-lingual panel/seminar of various health professionals to discuss health issues in the community and how to mitigate them.
